We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and support organizational growth. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on HR policies and practices, leading talent management initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement. You will be instrumental in implementing effective workforce planning and development strategies, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with management to identify key workforce needs and develop tailored solutions. You will facilitate change management initiatives and support the implementation of organizational development programs. Additionally, you will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with several years of progressive HR experience, is required. A relevant HR certification is highly desirable.
