You should be proficient in data management and have experience with underwriting software and tools. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in underwriting or a similar role.
