We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project HSE Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across various projects. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and promoting a safety culture within the organization. You will also liaise with project managers and teams to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
Additionally, you will play a key role in training staff on HSE practices and protocols, facilitating workshops, and conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of incidents, accidents, and safety audits, and preparing reports to monitor HSE performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in HSE practices.
