We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project/Wells HSE Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies across various projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. You will develop and maintain HSE management systems, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate safety audits to promote a culture of safety within the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure HSE policies are understood and adhered to at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management within the oil and gas or energy sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is required, along with certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent. You will be expected to lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
