HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to various business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance and enhance employee engagement. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential as you support managers in executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to identify workforce needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the performance appraisal process. You will also oversee employee development programs, providing coaching and support to enhance individual and team capabilities. Additionally, you will address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
