Business Development Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary duties will include conducting market research to identify emerging trends and potential partnerships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and presenting our services to prospective clients. You will also be expected to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills. You should possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze competitors effectively. Additionally, familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
