Offshore Commissioning Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Offshore Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and start-up of offshore facilities and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work in challenging environments. Key responsibilities include developing and executing commissioning plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also perform system testing, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide technical support to operations during the transition from construction to production.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in offshore commissioning. Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and commissioning methodologies is essential. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. A willingness to travel and work offshore is a must, as is the ability to adapt to ever-changing conditions in the field.
