Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Duties will include managing facility maintenance schedules, coordinating repair and improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for budget management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with different departments and addressing facility-related issues in a timely manner. The Facilities Manager will also implement sustainability initiatives and energy-saving practices to promote environmental responsibility. A bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field, along with proven experience in a similar role, is required.
