We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intercompany Buyer/Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities and inventory planning across our intercompany networks. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our supply chain runs efficiently and effectively, optimizing inventory levels while meeting production demands. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing demand forecasts, placing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and collaborating with finance to reconcile intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of supply chain management principles. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in purchasing or planning roles. Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as you will interact with various stakeholders across the organization.
