Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is essential, as you will handle sensitive employee information. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
