We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to both management and staff on HR policies and best practices. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing candidates, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into our organizational culture.
Your expertise will also be utilized in developing and implementing HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
