Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also assist with the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and providing necessary training resources.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and updating benefits information. You will collaborate closely with department managers to address employee concerns and support performance management processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with prior experience in HR administration, is preferred.
