HR/Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will handle payroll calculations, deductions, and issuance of paychecks, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will maintain employee records, update payroll information, and assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
As an HR/Payroll Administrator, you will also support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and contribute to the development of HR policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments are essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of payroll systems and HR software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A background in human resources or payroll administration is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
