The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, with a degree in Engineering or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing interfaces in complex projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be required to liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools is also desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with strong organizational skills, will enable you to effectively navigate challenges and drive project success.
